The duties, duties and powers of the local level Senior Citizens Welfare Committee shall be as follows:
(a) Collecting records of senior citizens within the local level, keeping records and updating records and records,
(b) Preparing plans and programs for the protection and social security of senior citizens within the local level and submitting them to the Central Senior Citizens Welfare Committee for approval, (c) Policies, plans and programs related to the protection and social security of senior citizens approved by the Government of Nepal Implementation and monitoring of the local level program according to the program,
(d) Working on the protection and social security of care centers, day service centers, senior citizen clubs and senior citizens established and operating at the local level and monitoring the functioning of other associations and organizations,
(e) mobilizing local community organizations for the protection and social security of senior citizens (f) Arranging arrangements for distribution of allowances or benefits to senior citizens in accordance with section 24,
(G) To do other work as prescribed.
